CrossMark Policy

The Davao Research Journal (DRJ) participates in the CrossMark initiative, a multi-publisher service developed by Crossref to provide readers with a reliable, standardized way to identify the current and authoritative version of scholarly content. By applying the CrossMark logo, the journal demonstrates its commitment to maintaining the integrity, transparency, accuracy, and permanence of the scholarly record.

The CrossMark logo appearing on DRJ articles enables readers to verify whether a document is current, corrected, updated, or retracted. By clicking the CrossMark logo, readers can access the publication status of the article as well as additional publication metadata and record information associated with the document.

Such information may include, but is not limited to:

Publication and update history;
Corrections, errata, expressions of concern, or retractions;
Author and affiliation details;
DOI and citation information;
Funding information;
Licensing and copyright details; and
Other publication-related metadata maintained by the journal.

DRJ recognizes the importance of preserving the reliability and traceability of published scholarly works. As part of this commitment, the journal will make reasonable efforts to promptly notify readers of any significant updates, corrections, or post-publication changes affecting published content.
