Here the articles of DRJ published since 1998 have been carefully indexed and included in the digital and article collection of the Harvard Library making sure that the published articles in the DRJ will reach beyond the shores of Davao Oriental and the Philippines. This follows the previous announcement regarding the inclusion of the journal in the BASE database of Germany, owned by the Bielefeld University Library.</p> <p><a href="https://library.harvard.edu/visit-about/about-harvard-library">The Harvard Library</a>, has 800 staff engaging with scholars and students across more than 25 libraries and around the world. With over 20 million physical and digital items, and vast collections renowned for their global reach and depth, with resources spanning the development of all disciplines and more than 460 languages. BASE provides more than 340 million documents from more than 11,000 content providers where you can access the full texts of about 60% of the indexed documents for free (Open Access). BASE is operated by Bielefeld University Library (Germany).</p> <p>BASE boast of the following features:</p> <p>1. Content providers are indexed only after checking by qualified personnel of Bielefeld University Library.</p> <p>2. SERP-P makes it simpler for academics and decision-makers to find relevant information through their online database to find solutions to address relevant policy problems. Through this partnership, our relevant articles will be carried by the SERP-P platform for further utilization by other stakeholders and users.
